Toastmasters International

Founded in 1924, Toastmasters International is a global non-profit dedicated to helping individuals develop their communication and leadership abilities. With over 16,600 clubs in 142 countries and more than 364,000 members, Toastmasters provides a supportive environment where people can learn to speak confidently, listen actively, and think critically. These essential skills not only enhance personal growth and leadership potential but also promote greater understanding and connection between individuals.

Founded in 1998, Mercury Toastmasters Berlin has flourished into a vibrant community where individuals come to unlock their potential as confident communicators and leaders. With a membership of 30-60 people from over a dozen countries, we pride ourselves on offering a uniquely diverse and inclusive environment. It’s a place where people from all backgrounds unite with a shared goal—to improve and grow together.

We are committed to creating a welcoming and supportive space where members can advance at their own pace. Over the years, our club has celebrated countless achievements: from newcomers conquering their fear of public speaking to seasoned members delivering award-winning speeches at competitions across Europe.
